The classic image of THERAPY HAS CHANGED.  At Elevated Mental Wellness we believe that Outcome Based, Goal Driven, and time limited approach eliminates the years of waiting and long hours to find the peace and wellness you desire most. 

We believe that change is possible, and that change does not have to take years to achieve. With the right assessment, the proper interventions, and the most modern tools personal wellness can happen faster than you might think.  

Our approach is to work with you to help you identify the most pressing concerns, and then help you identify the desired outcomes. Once we know WHAT is the issue, and WHY you want it to change, we can then discuss the HOW to bring about that change. While we have some tools that we know help speed the change process, not every tool is always the most effective for every client. 

When the RIGHT TOOLS are applied to YOUR GOALS, PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION can happen in DRAMATICALLY FASTER times.

Ancient philosopher Seneca said that "If ou do not know what port you are making for, no wind is the right wind." At Elevated Mental Wellness we start with you, the client, and getting to know your desires, your goals, your difficulties, and where we can most effectively begin the work.

No cookie cutter plans, our approach to wellness is as individual as the person seeking help. Like nutrition for the body, there are some things that everyone can use more or less of. The same is true for therapy. While everyone can benefit from neurofeedback how often and for how long is based on individual desires. The same is true for counseling, groups, and specialties like EMDR, play/expressive, marriage, or grief work.

Our process builds a treatment plan that fits your schedule and your desire while getting you the most support for the fastest results. We work in short term, focused periods with regular assessment of the plan and outcomes.

~ Sleep  The brain needs ample rest in order to rebuild, organize, and process the information of the day as well as our trials and traumas.

~ Education Like any muscle, the brain needs to regular stimulation to grow and develop. Left idle, it gets weak. Reading, mental games, and study of new ideas all help the brain function at its fullest. 

~ Exercise  Physical movement is key to mental health and longevity. The increasing sedentary existence that most of us live is hurting our mental wellness and our brain health. 

~ Diet The Standard American Diet (SAD) contributes greatly to the ever-increasing emotional and mental distress. Lack of the right foods and nutrients is starving the brain leading to anxiety, depression, and mood regulation.

~ Socializing We are in need of connection and without social interaction distress results.
